1. Scope of application:

Suitable for organic liquids (such as hydrocarbons, esters, alcohols, ketones, ethers and similar organic compounds) with a boiling point of 30 to 300 ° C under normal pressure and chemical stability during the distillation process.

6) Equipped with an atmospheric pressure detection device, which automatically detects the atmospheric pressure in the test environment, and automatically calculates and corrects the test data.
7) With temperature correction function, it can perform translation correction on the detected temperature to make the test data more accurate.
8) Equipped with a flame detection device, which can automatically detect whether there is a fire in the heating furnace and automatically activate the fire extinguishing solenoid valve to extinguish the fire (the fire extinguishing gas needs to be connected to the designated location). It is also equipped with an emergency button, which can be used for manual fire extinguishing, double guarantee, making the instrument more secure.
9) This instrument is an internal circulation cooling and heating method. It can be added after one time full of condensate. It is not necessary to add it before each test. You only need to check the condensate content of the instrument frequently to prevent the condensate from being reduced due to factors such as liquid volatilization.
10) The electric furnace can be lifted to facilitate the user's test operation.
11) Using imported glass sensors, accurate temperature collection and fast heat transfer rate. The sensor handle is made of pure gold, which is resistant to corrosion and oxidation. The sensor connecting wire is made of silver wire, with low impedance and small error.
12) The use of military infrared photoreceivers is more stable and accurate than ordinary photocells. And it's more durable.
13) Using high-precision stepper motor to control the liquid level tracking, the volume collection is more accurate, and the tracking accuracy is high, which can reach 0.1mL.
14) Use imported Danfoss compressor, with low vibration, low noise, fast cooling rate and low temperature, the lowest temperature can reach -20 ℃.
15) The heating furnace wire is made of nickel-cadmium alloy, with small volume, high power, concentrated temperature and large heat generation.
16) The measuring cylinder adopts imported metal-based measuring cylinder, with uniform thickness and accurate graduation.
